These terms set out the rules for using this website and for asking Leak Detection Las Vegas to visit a property. Please read them before you book a visit.
Agreement to Terms
These terms apply to your use of https://leak-detection-lasvegas.com and to any visit you request from Leak Detection Las Vegas. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Leak Detection Las Vegas, and "you" means the person using the site or requesting a visit.
By using the site or booking a visit, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or request a visit.
Description of Services
We provide leak detection in the Las Vegas Valley, Clark County, Nevada. Our service area covers Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise, Summerlin South, Sunrise Manor and Whitney.
The work we do is locating leaks. That includes:
- water leaks on supply lines and fixtures, and on the service line between the meter and the house
- slab leaks in lines under or through a concrete floor
- hidden leaks behind a high water bill
- pool and spa leaks
- water heater leaks
- leaks at commercial and HOA-managed properties
- urgent visits for active leaks
Our work ends at locating and marking the leak and explaining what we found. We do not repair, repipe, restore or dry a property. We also do not handle gas, roof, sewer, drain, irrigation or HVAC work. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility.
Repairs are arranged by you, with a contractor of your choice.
Eligibility
To book a visit, you must be an adult with legal capacity to enter a contract in Nevada. You must also be the property owner, or have permission from the owner, landlord, HOA or property manager to request work at that property.
Quotes, Pricing and Payment
Each visit is quoted before any work starts. The quote states what it covers. Payment terms are confirmed with you when the visit is booked.
Some water providers run programs that adjust bills or reimburse part of a repair after a leak. Those programs are between you and your water provider. We do not promise that you will qualify for any program, or what the outcome of an application will be.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a visit, let us know as early as you can so the time can go to someone else. Any fee or deposit terms that apply to your visit are stated when you book.
Customer Responsibilities
A visit goes faster and safer when the property is ready. You agree to:
- give us safe access to the property, the water meter box, shut-off valves, pool equipment and any area that needs to be inspected
- tell us accurately about the property and the symptoms you have noticed
- get permission from the owner, tenants or HOA where it is needed
- keep pets and people clear of the work areas
- tell us about any hazards you know of, such as damaged flooring or exposed wiring
If water is actively leaking, close the main shut-off valve before we arrive, as long as you can do so safely.
Nature of Leak Detection Findings
Our findings are a professional assessment based on the methods used on the day of the visit. Some leaks come and go, and some sit in places that cannot be reached without opening a wall, floor or deck. Opening the marked spot is the only way to confirm the exact failure.
Repairs are carried out by others, and we are not responsible for the cost of those repairs.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent Nevada law allows, our total liability for any visit is limited to the amount you paid us for that visit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost rent, lost use of the property or later water damage.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.
